At re:studio we offer intuitive coaching that focuses on unlearning rather than learning, dissolving problems rather than solving them by shifting your perspective. We guide you through personal growth by reflecting on the mental constructs that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Our goal is to help you find answers in your unconscious by moving out of your head and into the present moment by slowing down with the help of a variety of coaching methods, such as systemic work, voice dialogue and … . Reconnecting you with your inner wisdom, empowering you to trust your intuition and step into your true power.

In this first step, we dive deep into the stories beneath the surface—uncovering subconscious patterns, behaviors and the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Through reflection and various techniques, we identify the root causes, helping you understand how these patterns have impacted your life. From there, we establish clear goals for what you want to change.

In this first step we invite you to slow down and take a closer look at where you really are now based on your initial question. As growth begins with awareness, we will first reflect on your experiences, thoughts, and emotions in the present moment. What patterns keep showing up in your life? Which challenges feel difficult to navigate? This isn’t about judgment—it’s about creating a space to notice, understand, and accept where you are now. By establishing the right you begin to lay the foundation for meaningful change.

The patterns and feelings you experience—like being stuck or frustrated—are often rooted in deeper narratives or limiting beliefs. Together, we uncover the beliefs and habits keeping you in cycles of resistance and understand how they’ve shaped your behaviors. Also honouring and recognizing they once provided security but no longer serve you anymore. By reflecting on these dynamics with acceptance, you gain clarity and open the door to new possibilities.

Visualize new possibilities and align them with your authentic self. With clarity about what’s been holding you back, this step is about giving yourself options again—this time, with alignment and intention. What would life, work, or relationships look like if you could fully step into your true potential?
